Palco 300 Handheld Pulse Oximeter
The Palco 300 Handheld Pulse Oximeter is so small that it can fit into a lab coat pocket. The oximeter is designed for spot checks, and is more economical than comparable handheld oximeters. We also sell Palco Probes and Sensors for use with Palco Oximeters.
The Palco 300 demonstrates a stunning operating room accuracy for such a small, portable instrument. When FDA compliance tests were carried out on healthy volunteers breathing low oxygen gas studies, blood gas studies demonstrated accuracies of ±2% over the entire range of 99 to 60% saturation. Treadmill or exercise desaturation tests are also possible with the Palco 300, especially if used with four or eight foot extension cables.
Palco 340 Handheld Oximeter
The Palco 340 Handheld Pulse Oximeter is a portable oximeter with alarms and a bright red LED display. The mounting bracket pictured in the image at left is optional.
The Palco 340 oximeter features an adjustable pulse sound, where the pitch changes with rise or fall in oxygen saturation. It is compatible with all Opto-Plethsymographic Palco Probes and Sensors. The Palco Handhelds are the perfect small oximeters for emergency medicine, respiratory therapy, operating labs, cath labs or endoscopy.
Palco 400 Handheld Oximeter
The Palco 400 is Palco's deluxe handheld oximeter. The Palco 400 is designed with an integral (built-in) printer, which has selectable automatic print-intervals. A printout can be obtained every 15, 30, or 60 seconds or at other intervals up to 10 minutes. Palco 400 is compatible with all Opto-Plethsymographic Palco Probes and Sensors.
The Palco 400 also features special screens for Nighttime Desaturation:
- Mode 1:
All low saturation events below a pre-set point are recalled for later printout.
- Mode 2: The oximeter recalls the lowest point reached during consecutive two-minute periods for the entire monitoring session. Tape printouts include the percentage of time below 90, 80, 70 and 60% saturation.
